Who Can Jump

Anyone jumping must be at least 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit and all flyers must be in good health and physical condition and weigh under 240lbs fully clothed on our scale. Some medical conditions or if you have ever had a prior shoulder dislocation may require a doctors note. If you have back or neck problems you should not jump.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Waiver

All jumpers must complete the Waiver, a legal contract between the jumper and La Zona Puerto Rico Skydiving, LLC. This contract ensures all jumpers understand the nature of the sport and the risks involved. The waiver is in English or Spanish so a good understanding of written English or Spanish is required.

As a legal contract, it must be completed accurately by the jumper. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to validate the waiver and it will be necessary for us to photocopy the ID for our records. Refusal to provide an ID or complete the waiver will result in the inability to participate.

Reservations

Your reservation time is your show-up time. In order to jump, the customer is responsible for arriving on time and must be:

In appropriate physical condition

Unimpaired (no drugs or alcohol prior to the jump)

In appropriate clothing, including properly fitting lace-up athletic shoes and clothing that can fit below a jump suit

With appropriate government issued photo ID

Must complete a waiver

No refunds. All payments are final.

Customers with repeated no-shows may lose jumping privileges.

La Zona Puerto Rico Skydiving cannot be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of La Zona Puerto Rico Skydiving, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations.

Weather

Skydiving is a weather dependent sport and we are unable to skydive if it is too cloudy, raining, or if we are experiencing high winds. We do not cancel appointments due to weather as we cannot predict conditions at your scheduled date & time. Please contact us if you decide to reschedule to a different day.

Personal Items

Safety of customers, instructors, and the equipment will require all personal items be removed prior to your jump, including any and all jewelry, bags, wallets, coins etc; in short, nothing can remain on the jumpers person except shoes, clothing, and the supplied jump gear.

We encourage our customers to leave all items of value at home or with a trusted spectator while you’re jumping.

Accuracy of Pricing and Online Bookings

We do our best to provide accurate pricing information in our advertisements, web site, quotes, and online booking system. All sales are subject to current pricing and review by management. Sales made at incorrect prices, whether fault of the customer, representative of La Zona Puerto Rico Skydiving, will not be honored.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all information related to Credit on Account (including Gift Certificates, Gift Cards) and/or the associated serial numbers as applicable. Please treat these items as if they were cash. Lost items and/or serial numbers cannot be replaced or redeemed.

Customer is responsible for the use of their personal information with regards to setting, changing, or canceling reservations. Customer is advised to safeguard any computer login information, passwords, gift certificates, gift certificate codes, or any other identifier that is linked to their customer account and/or reservations.

Refund Policy

Purchases of gift cards/certificates are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular offer. Al payments are final. No refunds. If a refund is processed 24 hours after final payment a 30% service charge will be deducted from jump cost. Refunds of credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit/debit card. Cash purchases will be refunded by check via US mail.
